Great value, perfect and peaceful 3 star hotel. Huge and air conditioned rooms on the first level. Delicious and sumptuous selection for breakfast. They provided terrific service. Nice pool to relax in too.

Wonderful little and peaceful hotel, our stay was nice.
We stayed in the double room, it was air conditioned and the bed was lovely. A walk-in shower was nice looking and everything was perfect. The service was excellent and the pool was very clean. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Our culinary adventure in Sozopol was unbeatable! The mouthwatering beef dishes at nearby Bistro Citadela were a highlight, and not to mention the charming hospitality from owners Dimcho and Galena. The location was perfect for evening strolls with just a short walk to the old town and nearby eateries, including Restaurant Apolonia.
One thing we appreciated but some may feel otherwise is that the owners value respect and silence. If you're in the mood to celebrate loudly, this might not be the scene for you, but it allowed us to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the hotel.

Dimcho, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. We had a choice of rooms, and chose a comfortable room with a sea view.
If you want the sea view, quite a few stairs to cope with, but good exercise!

Try the homemade yogurt at breakfast for a good start to your day. It's a local favorite and very refreshing.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, he went to great trouble to answer any questions we had about the local area and travelling. The hotel is very well placed for the beach, the old town and buses to other areas. The standard of cleaning was excellent and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a very nice pool and a jacuzzi.
Nothing! It was excellent value for money.

English speaking staff extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing too much trouble. Hotel is in a great location with nice pool, and excellent rates. Shops beaches and restaurants nearby and short walk to the historic old walled town.

The homemade breakfast with local specialties was a wonderful way to start each day, showcasing the region's flavors and freshness.
The lack of armchairs in the room made it uncomfortable at times, as there was nowhere to sit other than the bed or the small balcony.

Nice and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms and reasonably priced.
Six ants were living in the hotel room when we arrived. I had to be a man and kill them myself :)

The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were well-kept, and the outdoor garden offered a nice quiet space to relax. The breakfast was a notable highlight, with homemade Bulgarian specialties that gave a nice local touch to the stay.
The bathrooms in some rooms were notably small, which could be a hassle for longer stays. The cold water in the jacuzzi and limited outdoor seating options might detract from comfort during peak hours. The chairs in the garden being locked at night made it tough for night owls to unwind outside, leaving limited places to relax with a good book or drink.

Everything.......... especially the very kind family who own the hotel. The helpful local maps handed out on arrival, really do help you find your way around.

The hotel owner was friendly and spoke very good English. The room was large with a small balcony with a distant sea view. The room was clean.
When I was there the season as over and I was the only guest in the guest house. Sozopol was mostly closed up for the season and it was hard to even get a cup of coffee let alone a meal. I chose this guest house based on ratings and found it to be overpriced for what you got in Bulgaria, especially out of season. This is a good but not great place to stay.
